The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Basic functions and responsibilities:

  • To operate as a contact between the company and the customer in such a manner as to enhance the sales and service quality of the company.
  • To operate as a Service back up to the Service Manager, to receive and deal with incoming phone calls and email requests from customers. Technically assist within the service department. To order parts as required for delivery to the customer or for stores replenishment.
  • Ensure orders and Invoicing for the Service department are up to date on a daily basis.
  • To implement the company policies and systems as laid down by the company and the Management.
  • To be technically and commercially knowledgeable regarding the products manufactured and sold by the company and to take an active part in training on such products.
  • Develop a good working relationship with all the company staff, providing all possible information to enhance the opportunities to obtain business growth and to provide consistent high quality customer care and service.
  • Work in conjunction and liaise with the Management, Service Engineers and all other staff within the company and their suppliers as necessary to obtain and help increase sales and to provide consistent high quality customer care and service
  • To operate as a contact between the company and the customer in such a manner as to enhance the image, reputation and service quality of the company.
