Key Role Responsibilities

  • Attend site visits in order to accurately prepare quotations for work.
  • Prepare quotations accurately and in a timely manner, taking into consideration all variables to ensure nothing is under-priced and each quote is as cost effective as possible.
  • Follow up on quotations, attending meetings and corresponding via email and telephone.
  • Deal with queries on live projects, attending meetings when required.
  • Communicate effectively with the Managing Director regarding any important issues which may affect client relationships or result in a loss of revenue to the business.
  • Assist the Project team when necessary.
  • Attend demonstrations and trials when necessary, including the setting up of equipment and looking after the customer on the day.
  • Display excellent customer service and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Liaise with other departments, assisting when required.
  • Attend Sales meetings and provide the Managing Director with a comprehensive update on all enquiries, quotations and any other information that is relevant.
  • Maintain Company sales literature together with the sales team.
