As a Senior Social Media Executive, you take ownership of complex operational execution, tactical campaign management and delivery across our Social Media accounts. Having built strong foundational social media experience, you operate with high autonomy ensuring advanced account checks, multi-channel content calendars, and performance analyses are delivered seamlessly. In this role, you act as a vital bridge between high-level client strategy and daily campaign execution. You step up to become a trusted client-facing team member when required, attending status calls, presenting data-backed ideas for client review meetings, and supporting Account Directors in client management. You also play an active role in mentoring junior account executives and interns, refining delivery workflows, and identifying proactive optimisation opportunities across both paid and organic social campaigns.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational & Campaign Executive: Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content calendars across multi-channel platforms aligned with client brand goals and KPIs across both paid and organic social. Ensure all campaign activities and account checks are executed seamlessly to high quality standards.
- Content Strategy & Brand Quality: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure asset quality and brand consistency across all social deliverables.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Track and evaluate daily, weekly, and/or monthly social performance across assigned accounts. Utilise social listening and analytics tools to extract actionable insights and inform future creative and strategic directions. Build performance dashboards and support Account Directors in creating presentation materials and reporting decks.
- Client Communication & Support: Serve as a key day-to-day contact for SME clients, handling routine communication, content approvals, budget management, and feedback loops. Maintain accurate delivery schedules and flag scope adjustments or project risks early to account managers.
- Team Support & Collaboration: Work closely with Account Directors and Executives to complete delivery tasks against set client deadlines. Maintain clear internal communication, raising queries or potential delays early. Act as a mentor to entry-level Executives, providing hands-on guidance, task checks, and onboarding support.
- Personal Development: Identify personal development goals with your line manager and actively work to address skill gaps to progress within your role. Continually expand performance marketing knowledge and participate in training when required.

- Broader understanding of wider ecommerce performance metrics (conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, profitability/margin considerations)
