- Meticulously gather data from Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and other analytics tools.
- Compile comprehensive data sets and performance reports, manipulating data effectively using advanced tools.
- Analyse listing traffic and conversion data to identify trends and present actionable listing improvements to the Account Directors.
- Act as the reliable operational support for your assigned POD, allowing Account Directors to focus on overarching strategy and client management.
- Ensure all technical tasks, support tickets, and time logs are recorded accurately within Synergist (our task management system), consistently meeting KPIs for utilisation rate and efficiency.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience navigating and operating within online marketplaces, specifically Amazon (Seller Central) and eBay (Seller Hub).

- Clear and concise written communication skills for internal reporting and team collaboration.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Amazon Ads (PPC) management and promotional strategies.
