We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our Creative Media team! This role is for a 9 month fixed-term basis with possible extension. The Designer's role is to contribute to the success of the Creative Media Team by creating high-quality design work and supporting the overall creative process for paid digital marketing campaigns. You will execute design projects, collaborate with the team, and ensure work meets client goals and paid-specific project requirements. As a Designer, you will work under the guidance of senior team members while demonstrating initiative and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Create design assets such as graphics, layouts, and visual elements while following brand guidelines.
- Project Support: Handle design tasks independently and assist with updates, resizing, and creating prototypes.
- Collaboration: Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and support client meeting materials.
- Workflow & R&D: Assist with research on current design trends, tools, and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
- Quality & Brand: Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency and incorporate client feedback into revisions.
- Learning & Development: Seek feedback and guidance from both Lead & Senior Designers to improve skills in design principles and organic-specific tools.
Essential:
- Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a design or digital marketing role.
- Creative Suite Proficiency: Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Video & Motion Basics: Basic knowledge of After Effects and experience with video editing tools like Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- User Experience: A solid grasp of UX principles and how they apply to digital products.
Desirable:
- Organic Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of organic marketing channels including Customer Engagement, SEO, CRO and Marketplaces.
- Development Appreciation: Experience or appreciation of website development.
