Visualsoft is seeking a Creative Lead within Operations to drive design standards, UX and creative delivery across our Shopify practice. You will lead a design discipline across pods, combining hands‑on craft with team leadership and commercial awareness.
You’ll own design architecture, map designs to Dawn, Horizon and our proprietary themes, and establish design systems and AI‑assisted workflows to improve quality, consistency and delivery speed.
