We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our Creative Media team!

This role is for a 9‑month fixed‑term basis with possible extension.

The Designer’s role is to contribute to the success of the Creative Media Team by creating high‑quality design work and supporting the overall creative process for paid digital marketing campaigns. The Designer will execute design projects, collaborate with the team, and ensure work meets client goals and paid‑specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

  • Create design assets such as graphics, layouts, and visual elements while following brand guidelines

Project Support

  • Handle design tasks independently and assist with updates, resizing, and creating prototypes

Collaboration

  • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and support client meeting materials

Workflow & R&D

  • Assist with research on current design trends, tools, and technologies to improve workflow efficiency

Quality & Brand

  • Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency and incorporate client feedback into revisions

Learning & Development

  • Seek feedback and guidance from both Lead & Senior Designers to improve skills in design principles and organic‑specific tools

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a design or digital marketing role
  • Creative Suite proficiency: strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Video & Motion basics: basic knowledge of After Effects and experience with video editing tools such as Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • User Experience: a solid grasp of UX principles and how they apply to digital products

Desirable Requirements

  • Organic channel expertise: strong understanding of organic marketing channels including customer engagement, SEO, CRO, and marketplaces
  • Development appreciation: experience or appreciation of website development
