Overview

Retail Operations / Shopify POS

Hybrid - Stockton-on-Tees / Newcastle upon Tyne / Manchester (UK remote working considered)

We are continuing to grow our Retail Operations function, and we are looking for a POS Specialist who wants to be part of this exciting journey. As more of our clients adopt Shopify POS, this role will play a key part in expanding our capability and delivering a truly high quality migration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Join client discovery calls to understand business needs and operational workflows
  • Contribute to solutioning workshops and recommend POS configurations and apps
  • Configure Shopify POS channels and support migrations from legacy systems
  • Assist with client training preparation, ensuring their teams are ready to use the new system
  • Leverage your experience to provide proactive troubleshooting support during and after implementation
  • Document workflows, configurations, and client requirements for internal reference
  • Escalate complex operational or configuration issues to senior team members

Requirements

  • Experience or a strong interest in retail operations, POS systems, or Shopify/eCommerce platforms
  • Strong analytical and proven problem solving skills
  • Comfortable in client facing calls and workshops
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to document and communicate processes clearly
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and grow with the function
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for clients
