We’re growing our Retail Operations function and are looking for a POS Implementation Analyst to support Shopify POS migrations and delivery across client projects. You’ll work with senior team members from discovery and solutioning through configuration, training preparation, and post-implementation support. This role offers the opportunity to build deep knowledge in retail operations and Shopify POS while contributing to a high-quality migration experience. Travel to client sites in the UK will be required, with occasional overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Join client discovery calls to understand business needs and operational workflows
- Contribute to solutioning workshops and recommend POS configurations and apps
- Configure Shopify POS channels and support migrations from legacy systems
- Assist with client training preparation, ensuring their teams are ready to use the new system
- Provide proactive troubleshooting support during and after implementation
- Document workflows, configurations, and client requirements for internal reference
- Escalate complex operational or configuration issues to senior team members
Requirements
- Experience or a strong interest in retail operations, POS systems, or Shopify/eCommerce platforms
- Strong analytical and proven problem solving skills
- Comfortable in client facing calls and workshops
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document and communicate processes clearly
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow with the function
