At Visualsoft, we’re looking for a Head of Social who’s not only passionate about social media marketing but thrives on driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and delivering real, measurable results for clients. As our Head of Social, you’ll be at the heart of our Social marketing team - shaping the future of our paid and organic social offering and ensuring it’s fully integrated into broader digital strategies. This is a high impact role for a strategic thinker who’s equally confident leading from the front, working directly with clients, and representing Visualsoft across the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing our brilliant Social team.
  • Driving client retention and strategic delivery across all social accounts.
  • Managing a small portfolio of your own clients to stay close to delivery and performance.
  • Owning the commercial growth of the Social department.
  • Championing innovation and service development to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated client strategies.
  • Representing Visualsoft at events and in thought leadership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Significant senior-level experience in social media marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Expertise in both paid and organic social strategies across key platforms.
  • A strong commercial mindset with experience in growing revenue and client portfolios.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles, strategic delivery, and public representation.
  • Proven ability to build, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of platforms, tools, trends, and measurement techniques.
  • Experience working with international clients across the Social Media platforms and how to amend your strategy based on the areas being targeted.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting commercial growth through upselling, cross-selling, or new business acquisition.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing trends, with the ability to turn insights into competitive advantage.
