What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing professional AV systems, including dvLED displays
- Providing onsite and remote service support in line with SLAs
- Carrying out LED component-level repairs (LED replacement, pad repair, QA)
- Acting as an escalation point for complex service issues
- Supporting warranty, RMA, and root-cause analysis activities
- Working closely with our Support, Projects, and Workshop teams
