Our multidisciplinary teams span 3D visualization, still imagery, film, and animation, as well as branding and interactive. Together, these disciplines form a cohesive, creative vision that produces compelling brand narratives for our clients.
Your Role at Visualhouse
We are currently looking for 3D Artists to join our growing team to produce exceptionally high quality and detailed renderings working as part of a team of talented creative artists. This role is based in our London or New York studio. You should have a good eye for architectural representation and the ability to produce rendered imagery that effectively communicates design intent to clients. You will work and lead on multiple projects as part of a team, with the ability to deliver quality work to deadlines. You will demonstrate experience and interest in mentoring and developing junior and mid-level artists.
What You'll Do
- Creative & Technical Delivery
- Create and deliver high-quality photorealistic stills and animations
- Own modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to final output
- Interpret briefs and push visual quality where appropriate
- Lead revisions and refinements based on client feedback
- Work closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, and 3D Artists
- Contribute creative input and design solutions throughout production
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical considerations clearly
- Support and mentor Mid and Junior Artists
- Review work-in-progress and help resolve technical or creative issues
- Contribute to studio standards, workflows, and best practices
- Prepare and clean CAD/3D models; organise scene assets
- Set up cameras, compositions, and scenes
- Source and manage digital assets
- Maintain clear file organisation and version control
What You'll Bring
- Strong proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and Corona
- Proven experience delivering marketing-quality visuals, VR, and animations
- Ability to confidently interpret architectural drawings and design concepts
- Curiosity for new visualisation technologies and evolving workflows
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Nuke, After Effects, Rhino, Revit, or SketchUp is a plus
- A degree in Visualisation, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent experiences is a plus
- Extensive professional experience in architectural 3D visualisation
- Clear communication skills with a strong creative problem-solving mindset
- A collaborative, enthusiastic approach to working within a studio environment
- Experience supporting client discussions or meetings is advantageous
