  • Drive projects forward, balancing quality, pace, and deadlines
  • Lead feedback cycles and ensure clarity, consistency, and visual excellence
  • Partner closely with Project teams to ensure efficient delivery and production alignment
  • Continuously push visual quality, innovation, and studio standards

What You’ll Lead

  • Lead projects end-to-end, setting the visual benchmark and creative vision
  • Guide and mentor artists, elevating craft, thinking, and execution
  • Delegate effectively and oversee team output and performance
  • Run critiques and reviews that push quality and refine storytelling
  • Act as a client-facing creative lead, presenting ideas and shaping direction
  • Bridge vision and execution - turning ideas into clear, deliverable outcomes
  • Inspire teams to produce work that exceeds expectations

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural visualisation, storytelling, and high-end CGI output
  • 5+ years in Architectural Visualisation / ArchViz / CGI / 3D Rendering
  • Advanced expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, colour, and cinematic framing
  • Confident across the full CGI pipeline: from asset creation through to final image delivery
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring creative teams
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting creative work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Associate Art Director

What We Offer
