Your Role

We're looking for someone to join our London studio and keep our creative work moving.

You'll be the operational centre of the team: building schedules, writing briefs, protecting scope, and coordinating work between designers and clients, and acting as a confident day-to-day point of contact for clients.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

For candidates with more experience, we'll consider the role at Project Manager level.

  • Run projects from kickoff to delivery across branding, digital and property marketing
  • Build and maintain daily, weekly and full-project schedules
  • Write clear, creative briefs that align vision, strategy, and execution
  • Keep files, documentation and deliverables organised
  • Make sure the team has what it needs before work starts
  • Working with Clients
  • Be a reliable day-to-day contact on your accounts, alongside the Design team
  • Capture notes, define next steps, and maintain clear, proactive communication
  • Handle feedback, scope changes and shifting priorities calmly
  • Budgets & Resourcing
  • Track projects against timeline, budget and scope
  • Assist in scoping new work, e. g. aligning budget, team, and timeline from the outset
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches, and RFPs with operational insight
  • What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience(Senior Project Coordinator) / 4+ years (Project Manager) in a creative agency, real estate, architecture or property-led environment
  • A track record of running multiple projects

  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident with clients, teams and senior stakeholders
  • A real interest in design, branding, architecture and the built environment
  • Experience in project management tools
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of budgets, scopes of work and schedules
