Your Role
We’re looking for a Photographer / Videographer to create story-driven films and photography for luxury real estate, hospitality and destination brands. Working hands-on from storyboard to final grade, you will capture architecture, interiors and people with intention, delivering films, stills campaigns and social content to a premium standard.
What You’ll Do
- Shoot brand films and photography for luxury residential, hospitality and destination clients
- Plan shoots with our Designers and Marketing team: storyboards, shot lists and treatments
- Set up, light and run shoot days independently, with crew, talent and clients on set
- Edit, grade and finish films and stills to a cinematic standard for digital and campaign use
- Travel to project locations in the UK and internationally as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Professional experience as a photographer and/or videographer, ideally in luxury real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality or lifestyle
- A portfolio of cinematic brand films and editorial-quality stills
- A strong creative vision and a natural eye for composition, light and pacing
- Confidence with cinema and stills cameras, lenses, lighting and audio kit
- Advanced Adobe skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Solid post-production: editing, colour grading, retouching and sound
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Clear communication and openness to feedback
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
- Nice to have: Licensed drone operator. Experience with sound recording, interviews and sound design
