Your Role
We’re looking for a Digital Creative Designerwith 1–3 years of experience to join our London studio and support the delivery of high-quality creative across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.
You’ll work closely with senior designers to develop and execute design work across multiple projects.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute, and build strong foundational skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
- What You’ll Work On
- Support the development of creative concepts across branding, digital, and print
- Design and produce assets including presentations, social content, marketing materials, and websites
- Create layouts, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency and visual quality across projects
- Contribute to campaign ideas and creative discussions
- Work across multiple projects, managing priorities and deadlines
- What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative, branding, or agency environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, or digital work
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Figma, Framer, Webflow, or HTML
- Strong foundation in layout, typography, colour systems, and design principles
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Clear communication and openness to feedback
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
- Nice to have: Copywriting skills
