We work worldwide with leading architects, developers, and designers on landmark projects. Each project is unique, and to each, we bring passion and expertise with our multidisciplinary creative teams skilled in 3D visualization, still imagery, film, and animation, as well as branding and interactive.

Your Role at Visualhouse

Reporting to the CEO and Heads of Department, you will lead and grow Visualhouse’s commercial relationships across the UK and Europe, acting as a senior client partner to developers, architects, agencies, and hospitality brands. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning Visualhouse as a trusted creative partner across CGI production, film, branding, and digital content. This is a senior, client-facing role combining commercial leadership, relationship management, and hands-on pursuit strategy.

What You’ll Own

  • Strategic Account Leadership
    • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across the UK and Europe
    • Develop long-term relationship strategies with developers, architects, interior designers, luxury brands, and hospitality groups
    • Build a deep understanding of client pipelines, ambitions, and future developments
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across priority sectors and markets
    • Win large-scale CGI, visualisation, film, branding, and digital content projects
    • Lead pursuit strategy, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
    • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets supported by a strong, predictable pipeline
  • Client Partnership & Experience
    • Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, engaging at executive and director level
    • Ensure clear scoping, expectation-setting, and commercial oversight throughout engagements
    • Lead account reviews, feedback cycles, and debriefs to strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with CGI, Creative, Film, and Project Management teams to shape client solutions
    • Provide clear commercial context and client insight to support excellence in delivery
    • Partner with Marketing and Commercial leadership on account-based initiatives and thought leadership
  • Market Intelligence & Commercial Governance
    • Monitor UK and European development pipelines to identify early-stage opportunities
    • Maintain competitive and market intelligence to inform pricing, positioning, and service development
    • Own CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and regular commercial reporting
    • Ensure commercial risk, margin expectations, and scope boundaries are clearly defined and upheld

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–10+ years’ experience in senior, client-facing commercial roles within CGI/visualisation, creative production, architecture, real estate marketing, branding, or related sectors
  • A proven track record of winning major projects and growing strategic or enterprise-level accounts
  • An established network across UK and European developers, architects, hospitality brands, or creative agencies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in scoping, pricing, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Confidence navigating complex organisations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • A polished, credible, and authoritative presence with senior clients and partners
