Visual Synergy is seeking to recruit both Junior and Senior Audio-Visual Field Installation Engineers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, motivated, and hands-on AV professionals to join a business delivering high-quality commercial audio-visual projects across the UK and into Northern Europe.
While our office is based in Aylesbury, this is a field-based role involving travel to client sites across a wide geographic area. We are seeking engineers with a proven background in the commercial AV sector, particularly those who have experience working on new build projects and delivering professional installations to a high standard.
Installation Technologies:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- Zoom Rooms
- Systems from a wide range of AV manufacturers
- DSP systems
- Control systems, including AMX and Crestron
- AV over IP
- LED video walls
- IPTV
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in commercial AV installation
- Experience working on commercial and new build projects
- Strong technical understanding of integrated AV systems
- Ability to work effectively on-site, independently and as part of a wider team
- Professional approach with clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Required industry training completed, or willingness to undertake further training as needed
Levels of Experience:
- Junior Engineers should have relevant industry experience and a strong desire to develop their skills further
- Senior Engineers should be confident leading work on-site and bringing substantial commercial installation experience
