The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and responsible for planning, creating and reporting marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence for our clients with strong written communication across LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok, including innovative promotional offerings, online marketing campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will also have strong UGC style video and editing skills for content creation.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
- Plan strategically, conduct competitor analysis and execute campaigns to meet KPIs
- Track, analyse and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Create and edit online marketing content with an eye for trending visuals and branding aesthetic
- Empower the clients with marketing content and campaigns that help drive business success
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to write social content for corporate and retail clients
- Proficient with LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok
- Familiar with using content calendars to schedule posts and reels
- Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or something similar
- Verbal communication skills to keep clients happy and motivated
Compensation
Β£1,000 per month. Post-Probation period of 3 months, potential pay increase. Payment Terms: Paid at the end of each calendar month via bank transfer.
Working Conditions
The position is remote, except for mandatory on-site content days (1 per client per month). Preferably London based but if you are happy to travel to London on content days (2 a month) then great. Work hours are flexible but must meet internal deadlines and delivery expectations. A C.V. and Portfolio is needed with examples of posts and reels across LinkedIn and Instagram/TikTok.
