About the Digital Team

Our digital department handles all aspects of broadcast and VOD mastering, conforming, and delivery to top-tier international platforms and broadcasters.

The team prepares and manipulates content to adhere to various specifications, including Home Entertainment, broadcast requirements, and platform specifications for Netflix, i Tunes, and major studios for international distributors.

The department is one of our largest operational teams and maintains industry-recognized standards based on delivery quality and volume.

Responsibilities

  • Conforming content and packaging metadata adhering to platform specifications – Amazon Global, i Tunes, Netflix, etc.
  • Video edit/prep material conforming to broadcast guidelines.
  • Apply digital media workflows using tools such as Adobe Suite, Da Vinci Resolve, Clipster, Cortex; Adobe Premiere knowledge is a requirement.
  • Understand subtitling specifications and formats, audio samples, rates, video frame rates, SMPTE timecode, and multichannel audio configurations (2.0, 5.1, 7.1).
  • Video and audio pre-qualifications, media prep, QCs, and deliverables.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Adhere to security policies and protect information assets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an operational role.
  • Understanding of video compression and codecs used by broadcasters and VOD platforms.
  • Customer service excellence and a focus on user experience.
  • Hands-on experience with digital media workflows.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to prioritize workload and collaborate with team members.
  • Problem-solving ability with a creative and proactive approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to plan complex projects with urgency.
  • Positive attitude and proactive in overcoming obstacles.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, weekends).
