Responsibilities
Utilize existing customer and target lists to contact potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings
Execute structured warm and cold calling plan to a target list in excess of 400 accounts
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a best-in-class client experience
Conduct virtual presentations daily
Effectively present Visual Comfort\’s value proposition to influence potential customers
Utilize CRM to effectively manage sales call cadence, pipeline, and customer follow-up
Ability to work autonomously through the sales process from lead to converted sale
Additional duties/tasks, as required
Qualifications
3+ years inside sales experience
Must speak fluent French, required, German is also preferred
Experience in interior design, building products, or home furnishings
Bachelor\’s degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with experience in public speaking
Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Keen eye for design and creativity
Ability to achieve results both independently and through collaboration
High energy, independent, proactive, and self-motivated
