Reporting to: Head of Sales

Visual Architects is looking for a high-energy Client Account Manager to fuel our sales pipeline and expand our reach in the immersive event design industry.

You won't just be 'making calls'—you will be a brand ambassador, identifying the world’s most exciting brands and events and connecting them with our award-winning creative themes.

  • Omni-Channel Outreach: Maintain a disciplined diary to manage outreach across telephone, email, social media, and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Strategic Matching: Analyze our unique company themes and source clients that perfectly match our current inventory and creative capabilities. Qualify these leads and facilitate a seamless handover of details to our delivery and creative teams.
  • Pitching & Events: Attend industry conferences and events to network and bring in new business. You will also join Creative Producers in high-stakes client meetings to help deliver winning pitches.
  • Market Intelligence: Highly Disciplined: You are a self-starter who can manage a complex diary and keep a CRM (HubSpot) meticulously updated. You find the right leads based on market trends and our specific creative strengths.
  • Socially Savvy: You are an expert at utilizing digital platforms for prospecting and building a professional network.

Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales (Creative or Event industry experience is a major plus). Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software. Strong presentation skills and the ability to assist in creative pitches. Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings.
