Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Manchester for a Senior Project Manager specializing in event production. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, effective coordination of teams, and alignment with client requirements. Responsibilities include resource and logistics management, monitoring project timelines, coordinating inspections, and facilitating the expediting of event materials. They will collaborate across diverse departments to ensure all aspects of the event production align with Visual Architects\’ high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, tracking timelines, and ensuring project efficiency.
• Skillset in Expediting and Expeditor processes, with an ability to oversee and streamline project progress.
• Experience with Inspection and ensuring quality control throughout all stages of production and installation.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and materials effectively for event production.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant experience in event production or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor\’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field is an advantage.
