The primary focus of this position is to actively bring in new business to Visual Architects. You will be tasked with identifying untapped opportunities and converting them into active projects. This role demands strategic thinking, persistence, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to drive company growth through aggressive lead acquisition.
Qualifications
- Industry Background: You must have a proven sales track record specifically within the events, festivals, brand activations, and experiential industry.
- New Business Focus: A demonstrated ability to proactively hunt for leads and close new business deals.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to convey our creative value propositions to high-level stakeholders.
- Self-Discipline: Highly driven and disciplined in managing your own diary and various outreach channels (CRM, telephone, social media).
- CRM Proficiency: Experience managing enquiries and pipelines via HubSpot is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Active Lead Generation: Proactively expand the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new clients through LinkedIn, Google, and industry networking.
- Sales Conversion: Cultivate prospects, identify client needs during initial meetings, and provide comprehensive briefs to ensure a smooth handover to the delivery teams.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends to capitalise on emerging opportunities and source clients that align with our specific company themes.
- Industry Presence: Attend major industry events and conferences to represent Visual Architects and secure new contracts.
- Account Growth & Recovery: Update past clients on our latest themes and follow up with "lost" clients to re-establish partnerships.
