Visual Architects is an award‑winning creative company specialising in immersive scenography and event design. We are currently seeking a proactive, high‑energy Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth within the Spanish market and beyond.
The primary focus of this position is to actively bring in new business to Visual Architects. You will be tasked with identifying untapped opportunities and converting them into active projects. This role demands strategic thinking, persistence, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to drive company growth through aggressive lead acquisition.
Location: Spain (Remote/Hybrid – Must be based in Spain). Other EU locations may be considered for the right candidate.
Language Requirements: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the EU.
Remuneration: Competitive salary + Commission structure based on new business generated.
Mandatory Training Period: The successful candidate will be required to spend 3–6 months training at our HQ in the UK upon commencement of employment. Visual Architects will cover the cost of flights to and from the UK. Please note: Property rental, local transport, and general living expenses during this UK period will not be covered.
