About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in experiential marketing, and production management. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams, including internal creative teams and external contractors.
- Oversee project budgets, with experience managing budgets
- Manage all aspects of builds, including logistical and operational planning, and on-site management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling accounts from the initial brief through to project completion.
- Thrive in high-pressure environments, effectively solving problems and adapting to diverse work methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide consultancy on speculative projects, assessing their viability and creating detailed proposals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior project management or production role within the experiential industry.
- Experience with permanent retail and brand installations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of production, including engineering and design phases.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
