Responsible for driving new business growth within the Spanish market, this role focuses on identifying, developing, and converting new client opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll position Visual Architects’ creative offering, build strong client relationships, and generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Proactively generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, and industry networking
- Identify and pursue new clients within events, festivals, brand activations, and experiential sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Sales & Conversion
- Lead initial client conversations, identify needs, and shape opportunities
- Convert prospects into confirmed projects through strong relationship management
- Provide clear and detailed briefs to internal teams for handover
- Client Relationship Management
- Communicate Visual Architects’ creative offering to senior stakeholders
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Re‑engage past and "lost" clients to rebuild partnerships
- Market & Industry Engagement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging opportunities
- Attend key events and conferences to represent the business and generate leads
- Target clients aligned with company themes and creative direction
- Process & Systems
- Manage outreach, pipeline, and activity through CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Maintain disciplined tracking across all sales channels and communications

Role Requirements
- Proven sales experience within events, festivals, brand activations, or experiential
- Strong track record in generating and closing new business
