Jeda.ai is hiring Fullstack Engineers — senior and junior — to build across the stack for a new decision intelligence workspace. AI is generating more than ever. Without direction and verification, output turns noisy fast. At Jeda.ai, we’re building an AI Workspace that structures thinking on a living canvas — so ideas become visuals and decisions stop feeling like guesswork.

About The Role

As a Fullstack Engineer at Jeda.ai, you’ll build across the stack — from AI-powered backend workflows to the interfaces people actually use. You should learn fast, handle ambiguity well, and move from idea to prototype to production without dropping engineering judgment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build fullstack features from zero to production
  • Connect AI pipelines to real user experiences
  • Design scalable backend and intuitive frontend systems
  • Work on real-time collaboration and visualization
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using vibe coding

What We’re Looking For

For Senior Engineers

  • Strong backend and frontend experience
  • Ability to architect and ship end-to-end systems
  • Cloud depth in AWS, Azure, or GCP

For Junior Engineers

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in JavaScript, Node.js, and/or Python
  • Fast learning ability and comfort with new tools

Core Traits

  • Learn fast, adapt faster
  • Bias toward action and experimentation
  • Smart, collaborative, and generous with knowledge
  • Comfortable across the stack

Why Join Us

  • Real AI problems: Work on meaningful product challenges, not wrapper work.
  • Fast shipping: Build quickly and see your impact without endless waiting.
  • Own outcomes: You’ll be trusted to solve problems, not just close tickets.
  • Shape the category: Help define how AI products should actually work.
  • Sharp team: Join a small team building something ambitious from the ground up.

About Jeda.ai

We’re building a new category: decision intelligence workspace. Jeda.ai is where AI doesn’t just respond — it reasons, structures, and helps people decide. We’re a Silicon Valley company with a strong offshore team in Bangladesh. Still early. Still building.

Work Culture

  • Remote by default: No office. No commute. Work from anywhere and do your best work there.
  • High standards, low ego: We value clarity, respect, inclusion, and strong execution without the ego show.
  • Performance drives rewards: Great work gets recognized through performance-based bonuses tied to real impact.
