We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East, at our Warrington office with travel to sites across the region. As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our projects. Your focus is to minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality. This will also include procurement, subcontract management inclusive of administration of the contract, monthly payments, and final.
