We have an exciting opportunity for a Layout Designer to join our team at Vistry, supporting dual regions across both Manchester & Cheshire East, and Merseyside & Cheshire West, based at our office in Warrington. As our Layout Designer, you will be responsible for producing efficient sketch feasibility housing layouts, promoting good design from initial inception through to final planning approval.
