We have a new opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team within Vistry Works East Midlands, at our factory in Coalville working on the day shift. As Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Head of Maintenance and act as a support function to that person and the maintenance team. The role involves analysing current processes on a range of equipment including semi-automated wall panel lines, floor cassette benches, roof truss presses, and timber saws. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, excellent people management and coaching skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong contractor management is a must also.
We are always looking at our next project or improvement in all aspects of the factory, so a strong portfolio of past projects will be expected.
