We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Administrator to join our team within Vistry Works, at our Coalville or Warrington factory. As our Design Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the design and technical department, working closely with both the internal and external design teams and the production teams for all factories. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we are also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 8 months.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Viewpoint-for-Projects
  • Understanding of timber frame construction components

More about the Design Administrator role:

  • Ensure work is issued to the factory as required, in line with factory and site schedules, working closely with the factory production team
  • Checking and coordinating drawing packs and electronic files for factory release, and coordinating site drawing packs for issue to the site contracts team
  • Uploading and maintaining Bills of Material updates in D365
  • Assisting uploading and managing drawings within Viewpoint or other shared locations used by the design team
  • Attending regular production meetings as required
  • Undertaking other tasks as directed by the Design Manager to support the wider design team
