We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Developer to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Cheltenham office. As our Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Developer, you will lead the day-to-day administration, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across the organisation. You will lead and manage internal and external resources to ensure the platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs, while managing change requests, system updates, integrations, and user support.

The key performance indicators for this position are:

  • System uptime and stability
  • Timely delivery of change requests and enhancements
  • User satisfaction and reduced support backlog
  • Manage deployment of updates, patches, and integrations
  • Compliance with governance, security, and data quality standards
  • Day to day management of internal developer and any contractors.
