We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands, at our Coleshill office. You will work within our Commercial Team reporting to our Pre-Con Project Director to deliver accurate estimating and cashflows for a multitude of schemes, completing all-encompassing development appraisals and cashflows.
The successful candidate will come from a housebuilding or residential developer background and be experienced in pricing multi tenure schemes, with a key focus on key group KPIs such as ROCE, Peak Funds and Immediate Cash requirements, through the completion of detailed cashflows.
