We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, overseeing a new site for the region in Hinckley, Leicestershire and delivering 475 mixed tenure homes largely delivered with timber frame construction, which will be manufactured in house.
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with partners, customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance.
