We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Trainee to join our team within Vistry Group. Based at our Exeter Office from September 2026, you will provide support to the wider Surveying and Estimating team and gain experience across an array of Commercial activities and practice whilst gaining experience, training and relevant qualifications to further your professional career. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and knowledge.

- 4 GCSEs A-C/4-9. Two of these must be Maths and English
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification. For example, NVQ or diploma Level 3 or equivalent / T Level / BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels (minimum grade D or above)
- A genuine interest in developing your career within our commercial function
- Well organised and IT Literate
- Professional communication style with the ability to work within a team of varying seniority within the business
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
