We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands at our office in Coleshill, North Warwickshire. As our Marketing Manager, you will market the Region’s developments effectively and efficiently in line with Company brand and marketing guidelines, generating and maintaining a targeted volume of quality sales leads through the devised marketing programme/strategy.

  • Proven experience of both online and offline marketing
  • Proven experience within Housebuilding or general construction
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

More about the Marketing Manager role:

  • Recommend and execute the marketing strategy aligned to the budget as approved by the Sales and Marketing Director, and control expenditure within agreed budget limits
  • Plan and implement media strategies ensuring targets are achieved
  • Monitor advertising budgets as well as media production costs ensuring budget is spent efficiently whilst reporting to Sales Management as required
  • Manage overall relationship with all appointed external marketing agencies
  • Undertake rigorous data analysis across marketing channels, Google Analytics and CRM to assess the effectiveness of the marketing strategy in its delivery to support the sales pipeline
  • Utilise the findings to inform next steps and ongoing optimisation
  • Develop and manage creative collateral required for online and offline marketing
  • Manage the optimisation of digital content (media, websites and portals) aligned to central best practice guidance
  • Engage with the central communications team in the collation of news content to be used across multiple channels
  • Manage effective marketing communications to the CRM database
  • Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities via field contacts and recommend appropriate activity to maximise opportunities and minimise threats
  • Overall responsibility for marketing as part of the development set-up meetings, site launches, and new property releases
  • Responsible for the coordination of the entire fit out and launching of development sales outlets in line with company guidelines with external designers and installers
  • Clear communication of agreed marketing policies and plans to regional sales management and sales teams in areas of advertising, sales promotion and publicity
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments
