We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team within Vistry Kent, at our office in West Malling. As our Finance Manager, you will be an impactful business partner and FP&A expert – able to produce data driven insight. This is an important role, helping to ensure we set credible and challenging plans, ensuring we understand opportunities and risks and performance against those plans, unlocking value through data driven insight and challenging their business partners.
The role gives wide exposure to the Regional Finance Director, and wider leadership team, and the opportunity for progression to the right individual. This role is for an individual who wants to truly business partner the business, creating value and driving performance rather than reporting the numbers.
The successful candidate must be fully qualified with experience in the housebuilding sector. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
