We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team within Vistry Cotswolds, at our Cheltenham office.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Marketing Manager to ensure delivery of the Regions devised marketing programme/strategy in line with Company brand and marketing guidelines, to support the generation of a targeted volume of quality sales leads.

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • A levels in any discipline
  • Business administration or Marketing qualification at level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant or working within a marketing environment
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role, working to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Co-ordinating the production of development brochures ensuring accurate content and timely delivery in line with the strategic sales objectives and key dates.
  • Working with the technical and commercial team to write the brief for the in-house Graphic Design team.
  • Ensuring all sales centres have correct and up to date sales information and appropriate supply levels of physical collateral.
  • Assist with the production of sales centre marketing materials by working with third-party suppliers.
  • Deliver a programme of email and SMS campaigns using the company CRM system.
  • Collate content (as well as identifying opportunities) and maintain regional social media calendar.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering PR opportunities.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the organisation and promotion of regional events and attend to provide support to the sales team, as necessary.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the monitoring and maintenance of information accuracy on the Company website and other external property portals - being mindful of SEO implications.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the production and maintenance of digital assets including video, flythroughs, virtual tours and photography.
  • Integrate digital marketing initiatives within development marketing plans and regional campaigns to support quality sales lead acquisition against agreed KPIs.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the reviewing and maintenance of PPC activity.
  • Development of Internal communications including presentation assets, company information displays and update emails.
  • Contribution to company Intranet by sourcing and sharing regional stories throughout the business.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the creation of campaign reporting, monitoring digital effectiveness including Open rates, CTR & CPL from agency supplied reporting and Google Analytics.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of each email campaign in terms of response rates and cost per acquisition/call.
  • Maintain an awareness and catalogue of competitor marketing activity sharing with the sales team as appropriate.
  • Assist where appropriate with the preparation of weekly sales reports, traffic and visitor figures and any other administrative tasks to assist the department as and when required.
  • Use the company finance system to process invoices and monitor marketing spend.
  • Maintain the marketing telephone number system and provide reporting as and when required.
  • Attend and contribute to department meetings and training as required and to include meetings on site
