We have a new opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands, covering various sites within the region and reporting to our office in Coleshill. As our Field Sales Manager, you will work with the sales teams to ensure the agreed sales targets and objectives are met through the effective management of people and activities in line with the Customer Journey. You will motivate and support teams to perform to the best of their ability and achieve the required performance.
