We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Technician to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, based at our Exeter office with travel to sites across the region. As our Customer Service Technician, you will provide an exceptional customer care service to all Vistry Clients and Customers in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions and working to maintain our 5* builder status.
You will assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding the remedial solutions, and where required carry out repairs, and complete works on time and within the first visit.
