We have an exciting opportunity for an Adoptions Manager to join our team within Vistry Devon South West, at our Exeter office.
As our Adoptions Manager, you will take responsibility for the maintenance and timely cost-efficient adoption of completed estate roads, sewers, pumping stations and public open spaces. You will work closely with our technical team to develop technical agreements during technical/commercial and build stages. Additionally, engage and work with our Build, Commercial and contractor teams to ensure timely completion of site works and sign-offs towards the end of development phases to minimise barriers to adoption and hand-overs. As well as working closely with our Engineering Manager on project bonds and sectional agreement trackers, reporting on outstanding bonds and overrun costs.
