We have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team within Vistry Works, covering numerous sites across the midlands & South Yorkshire. As our Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of numerous Timber Frame sites, with an emphasis being placed on the planning and programming of works and high-level issues that do not fall within the day-to-day running of the sites.
You will receive site/plot call offs and will process these along with other key personnel. You will assist in scheduling labour/materials and ensure these are apportioned to the appropriate sites correctly. You will be responsible for ensuring programming is undertaken in a way that minimises any delays/disruptions and allows operations to run efficiently.
