In a Nutshell… Our Graduate Commercial Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Quantity Surveyors, Buyers & Estimators, or anyone with a natural interest in procurement, numbers and financials. This pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business that will develop you into a strong all-rounder within the Commercial field.
This pathway includes rotations within the business areas below, all constructed with key learning objectives in mind to equip you with all of the knowledge you need:
- Quantity Surveying
- Estimator
- Buying
- Finance
- Technical
- Development
- Construction
Based in our Cheltenham office from September 2026, you’ll rotate through all these areas across an 18-month programme, starting and finishing within the Commercial department. During your final rotation, transition talks are held with the possible opportunity to transition into the Commercial team once all rotations have been completed.
