We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Systems Analyst to join our IT team within Vistry Services. As our ERP Systems Analyst, you will provide day to day 2nd line support, administration and configuration on our ERP (COINS). You will ensure queries are escalated, monitor performance, carry out changes, support projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Receive and manage internal user support requests from the IT Service Desk; ensure business processes are adhered to by end users.
- Provide consistent and robust communication to users regarding business and system processes; support both internal and external customers using our platforms.
- Maintain a log of support calls and progress the resolution; resolve requests or escalated to 3rd party suppliers.
- Report on the performance of the internal Vistry Group Business Systems and answer basic questions on COINS processes.
- Escalate patterns in support to enable fixes to be developed.
- Control access to environments by 3rd party support and consultants; document any work or changes made to any environment.
- Assist in testing and applying Service Packs; periodically assist in testing as required.
- Maintain user groups which control user access by role; set up and maintain user access and other security features; highlight when end users require training.
- Oversee testing and implementation of any new functionality; create and develop reports within COINS as requested by the business.
- Control the application and testing of new reports, liaising with report developers.
- Provide ad‑hoc data extracts and reports as required.
- Actively participate in COINS related projects, run projects or meetings.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, problem resolutions, and other procedures.
- Assist the System Support team with queries and effectively manage own workload including planning and prioritisation.
- Adhere to the IT Security Strategy at all times.
Qualifications
- Indepth knowledge of COINS ERP.
- Desire to ensure the core business system is documented and maintained.
- Willingness to share knowledge with others.
- Ability to understand user queries and relate to business process.
- Experience troubleshooting user queries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and accept criticism.
- Friendly, flexible and helpful attitude, including ability to visit other Vistry sites as required.
- Good team working skills.
- Accurate with an eye for detail and a methodical approach.
- Knowledge of the house building industry.
- In‑depth knowledge of Vistry processes relating to COINS.
- Experience of report creation, development and maintenance.
- Understanding and practical experience of managing COINS ERP.
- COINS Analytics knowledge.
