We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, at our office in Enderby and supporting sites across the South East Midlands region. As our Construction Manager, you will be overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual agreements. The role also involves managing risks, ensuring quality control, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager for a high-volume house builder.
Up to date knowledge of SHE obligations and building legislation. Proven ability to work effectively with senior management. Ability to balance excellent customer service with the requirements of achieving Company targets.
ONC or HNC in Building Construction or NVQ Level 4/5 or similar. SMSTS. Demonstrable career progression within the construction industry.
