In a Nutshell…We have an exciting opportunity for a Design and Technical Trainee to join our team at Vistry Group. Based at our Milton Keynes Office from September 2026, you will provide administrative support to the technical team in the planning, co-ordination and design functions on each allocated project from tender to post contract. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and knowledge.

- 4 GCSEs A-C/4-9. Two of these must be Maths and English
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification. For example, NVQ or diploma Level 3 or equivalent / T Level / BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels (minimum grade D or above)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident at engaging with our stakeholders with a professional communication style
- Able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners
- Strong IT skills and experience of using computers, preferably Excel, Power Projects & Word
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
