We have a new opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join our team within Vistry Devon South West, at our Exeter office. As our Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for updating programmes on COINS and provide COINS support and to centralise documents sent in from sites on Viewpoint., + To update programmes on COINS on a daily basis and provide support on COINS to the Build department.

  • To centralise documents sent in from sites on Viewpoint.

  • Check contractual notices in order that documentation is provided in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Provide additional support to the Build department as and when required.

  • Experience of working in an office environment

  • Strong knowledge of COINS and Viewpoint.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
