Vistry Group PLC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Wakefield office.
You will lead cost control, commercial reporting and the management of contractual aspects across multiple residential projects, guiding a team within the Commercial, Estimating and Buying function.
You will ensure alignment with budgets, build programmes, procurement and subcontract settlements while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high standards of integrity and quality in line with our values.
