We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East, at our Salford site in Manchester. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with Partners, Customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance.

- Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy
- Valid SMSTS Certificate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation
- A good understanding of the considerate contractor’s requirements to achieve high scores
